These terms govern use of the Humanizer AI mobile application provided by Ankush Chowdhury (“Humanizer AI,” “we,” or “us”). By using Humanizer AI, the user agrees to these terms.

The service

Humanizer AI is a writing utility for rewriting, AI detection, comparing versions and saving writing locally. Version 1.1 uses cloud services and requires internet access for rewriting and detection. Earlier public version 1.0 build 3 used on-device processing. The app is 100% Free with no subscription or in-app purchase. Text limits, service capacity and availability limits apply.

User content

The user keeps ownership of text entered into Humanizer AI and rewrites produced for the user. The user represents that they have the right to process and use the text they submit. Humanizer AI does not claim ownership of that content.

Review and accuracy

Automated rewriting can change nuance, introduce errors, or produce language that is unsuitable for a particular purpose. The user is responsible for reviewing every result before relying on, submitting, or publishing it. Humanizer AI does not provide legal, medical, financial, academic-integrity, or other professional advice.

Acceptable use

The user may not use Humanizer AI to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, impersonate another person, deceive others about legally material information, bypass academic or professional rules, distribute malicious content, or harm another person. Humanizer AI makes no promise that a rewrite will evade automated detection, and the app should not be represented as proving human authorship.

Availability and changes

Humanizer AI is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Features may be modified or discontinued. We do not warrant that every rewrite will be accurate, uninterrupted, or suitable for the user’s purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ankush Chowdhury is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Humanizer AI. Any exclusions or limitations that cannot legally apply remain unaffected.

Governing terms

These terms are subject to applicable laws of the United States, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply in the user’s place of residence. No exclusive state-specific court or venue is designated by these terms. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where required by the App Store.
